We ship worldwide through Printify’s global partner network. Printify partners with over 140 print facilities worldwide—including the US, Canada, the EU, the UK, Australia, and China.


Shipping Zones & Flat Rate Pricing

Once the order is confirmed, printing, quality checks, and packaging are completed in 2 to 5 business days. The postal service selected (standard or express), the customer's delivery location, and the print partner's location determine the overall dispatch timescale. Printify aims to use the closest print partner to the customer’s location for optimised delivery.

FREE shipping

Subject to offer details or promotional activity, orders equal to or greater than a specified amount will sometimes be eligible for FREE shipping worldwide. Free shipping eligibility may differ across regions/countries.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected options.

Import Duties & Taxes (inc. VAT)

Orders may be subject to destination duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your country. It is your responsibility as the customer to pay for these charges.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at enquiries@kneckclothing.com. If accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without a request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items like perishables, custom products, and personal care items can't be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials or flammable goods. Contact us for specific item concerns.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped into the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason. The item must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
